With a BA in Management with 10 years of serial entrepreneurship, building socially and ecologically conscious businesses, and providing business consulting services for these types of organizations, I have learned that having a team is essential for success and profitability.

Let me tell you, for the longest time, I tried to handle all the business and marketing tasks on my own, and it drained my passion for what I was doing, leading me to experience burnout. I also had a strong desire to take weeks off to be in nature while knowing that my business was still running, but I couldn't achieve that on my own. Eventually, I made the decision to invest in a team.

I took a whole week off from work and returned to find that five new clients had been onboarded to my coaching program while I was off-grid, enjoying what I love in nature! It felt like I had given myself the most beautiful gift, one that I am eternally grateful for."

Operations & Sales Coordinator & In-House Consultant

Toby Israel is a writer, facilitator and entrepreneur currently rooted in Costa Rica.

She has a metaphorical closet full of hats: Author, Editor, Marketing Consultant, Movement Artist, and Empowerment Self-Defense Instructor. Toby holds a BA in Anthropology from Middlebury College and an MA in Peace and Media Studies from the University for Peace. She speaks four languages, but her favorite way to communicate is movement.

Toby has been consulting for creative entrepreneurs and mission-driven startups to help them develop their brands and deepen their unique impact in the world for the last 10 years. She loves to see aligned humans thrive doing what they love to do.

Toby is also the founder of Mujeres Fuertes Autodefensa (Women Empowered Self-Defense), a holistic self-defense project training trainers to scale their empowering methodology around the country and region. Her first book, Vagabondess: A Guide to Solo Female Travel, was published in 2020.

The common thread in all her work: Women’s empowerment, freedom, and purpose.

Nicole is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Financial Management. Started her freelancing journey when she graduated. Now a freelancer for 8 years. 

For 8 years, Nicole has been into different types of clients, roles & tasks. Which makes her an expert in executive virtual assistant, customer service, marketing coordinator etc. Her versatile, accurate, flexible and prompt personality makes her very effective in maintaining a high standard quality of service any client would need. Aside from being a freelancer, Nicole loves spending her rest day with nature.

May it be at the beach or at the mountains. She also found a love for mountain trekking. For her, spending time with nature is very therapeutic.

Belle is a a BS Criminology graduate who successfully passed the Board Examination in 2013. Despite her initial career path, she transitioned into public service as an Administrative Aide within a government agency, where she honed her organizational skills and gained valuable experience in administrative operations.

Driven by a desire for growth and versatility, she later pivoted into the dynamic field of virtual assistance. This transition allowed her to leverage administrative background while embracing the flexibility and challenges of remote work.
